If you are facing any issues with the Evernote auto-publish feature, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.
These steps might solve your problem at hand
– Deactivate the Noteshelf app from the Evernote website, then re-login & authenticate it again from within the Noteshelf app.
– Restart your device.
– If the above steps don’t work, go into the ‘Settings’ app of your iPad and under the Noteshelf app, turn OFF the ‘Safe Mode’. This should fix the issue for good.
